SIC BioHR Enterprise stores biometric templates using industry best practices. Fingerprint templates are encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is role-based and logged for auditability. We do not store raw fingerprint images unless explicitly configured for device compatibility — templates are used for matching.

Enrollment is a guided process: capture fingerprint templates from supported devices (USB or networked readers), validate image quality and save templates to the employee record. Typical enrollment per employee takes under a minute depending on device speed and network conditions. Bulk enrollment tools are available for large deployments.

Yes. SIC BioHR provides REST APIs and configurable export/import connectors to integrate attendance, shift and payroll data with common HRMS and payroll systems. We can also provide custom integrations when required by enterprise workflows.

We combine high-quality fingerprint matching, liveness checks (on supported devices), synchronized device logs, and configurable policies (thresholds, duplicate detection) to reduce fraud. All events are time-stamped and centrally auditable to support investigations.
